Apparently, 42 in binary is 101010, and October 10th, 2010 is 10/10/10, so...

October 10th, 2010 is "42 Day" and some people are getting ready to celebrate it as such.

One website (new-age with no DNA connection) I ran into thinks this date marks the end of the world which seems appropriate.

The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy has this to say on the subject of flying.
There is an art, it says, or rather a knack to flying.
The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.
Pick a nice day, it suggests, and try it.

My birthday is the day after that. I'll be 21, which is half of 42.

And L, as in Lewot, is the 12th letter of the alphabet (21 backwards like Lewot).  And T, if Lewot was turned around into a proper word, is the 20th letter, which is two 10s.  It's too bad none of us are into numerology.  What does Lewot's birthday mean in context of 42 day (10/10/10)?

101010
101110
42
21
12
20

Is 101010 really the end of the world?  Is Lewot the harbinger of death?  Will he be sitting in a cafe on that day and suddenly realize what it was that had been going wrong all this time, and how the world could be made a good and happy place without anyone having to get nailed to anything?  Or will he simply never be able to drink alcohol legally?
