Incidentally, I am not laughing at VogonGirl, I am laughing at the thought of all those rodents being lost in time.

You are correct!  8)

VogonGirl: 270
Teatime: 210
Marvin: 55
Lewot: -5

Apparently a tough one.  And here I thought everyone knew Blade Runner by heart, particularly the climactic scene in which Roy Batty says, "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die."

The quote (alone) even has its own wiki entry, where it says, "It is much quoted and has been described as 'perhaps the most moving death soliloquy in cinematic history'" and quotes critics who say things like, "If there's a great speech in science fiction cinema, it's Batty's final words...".

There is also a Hitchhikers connection as the wiki points out that the, "...actual speech is repeated in whole or in part by characters in the novel And Another Thing..."

Then again, perhaps rodents would have been that much more memorable for movie-goers if done in a spoof.
