I recognize several of the bullet point ideas as things that he did actually use later. "Ultimate truth drug" sounds like what happened to Prak, Slartibartfast did of course return, and forest toupees were mentioned by the wise old bird in the radio show. Nevertheless, any unused material is definitely worth a look.
